About My Journey

I became aware of the Spirit world around me as a very young child.  I sensed energies that led to my curiosity on studying everything mystical and paranormal.  

Being an Empath and Intuitive, I felt and absorbed people's emotions, not knowing how to protect and ground myself.  Later these sensations became overwhelming and were physically and mentally draining.  When my life became too painful to deal with because of unresloved trauma, I delved into dysfunctional and unhealthy life choices and coping mechanisms.  After much suffering and reflection, I became aware that I needed to heal on a deeper soul level.  

Once I decided to pursue this path, synchronicites started appearing almost instantly in my life.  Spiritual mentors, books, and a wealth of information were revealed to me.  Many healing modalities were part of my spiritual journey.  In 1984, I met Rev. Marilyn Rossner, internationally renowned Psychic Medium of the SSF-IIIHS, in Montreal, QC. Under her guidance, along with weekly classes and workshops, I studied Psychic and Mediumship Development, and Spiritual Healing for many years.  The NHC Institute in Montreal also became an important part of my healing journey.  I am grateful and honoured to have studied with many gifted mentors and metaphysical teachers.  

As a single parent, my love for my daughters, family, friends and Spirit Guides have kept me grounded and helped me through the tough times! My path was divinely guided from above and I know my soul contract and purpose in this lifetime is to help empower others to persue their own healing journey.
